以 Alvarion 為例，網護科技促成並投資由 Alvarion Ltd.(奧維通)及 Accton Technology Corporation (智邦科技)共同組成的合資公司；智邦科技乃是台灣上市的網路設備製造商，主要在台灣從事設計與生產 WiMax CPE 並將產品出口至世界各地。

NetGuard is engaging in product localization, importing and exporting, consultant, engineering, sales and distribution, installation and after services.
In Alvarion case, NetGuard has even participated and invested in a Joint-venture company that organized by Alvarion, Accton - a listed Taiwanese network gear manufacturer to design and produce WiMAX CPE in Taiwan, then export to the world.
Through NetGuard Technology , NDS has also engaged in several software joint development projects in Taiwan.
